Abstract
Multiculturalism
and public education are intimately related. In the process of stepping
forward toward postmodern society, it is realized that multiculturalism is
dependent on public education's popularity and depth, of which the most
promising possibility is the possibility outlined by constructive
postmodernism. That is, every culture has recognized the need for
development and change, so that it can integrate the new
multiculturalism and at the same time leaving as much as possible some
ground for diversity.
