Abstract

"The problems of the relationship between "fact" and "value" not only apparently show the differences between Chinese philosophy emphasizing value and Western philosophy emphasizing fact, but academically manifest how western philosophy can deduce "value" from "fact". Meanwhile, as for Whitehead philosophy of process which exists as a miniature of western philosophy in the 20th century, they also reflect the problems of how to get the philosophy of process's research-perspective from static state to dynamic state, form static and after complanation descriptions of "process" to dynamic three-dimensional descriptions of "growing-up", and from making "value" into something objective to paying great attention to the subjective social dimensions of "value". "

Vividly speaking, Whitehead's philosophy is just like a cicada freeing itself from its slough-before completing its exuviating course, it can only do its observations, researches, and formulation on some plane, and only after this course, can it "soar to great heights", observe and study vast dynamics objects with similarly vast dynamic research-perspectives, and then draw its conclusion totally with the actual situations. I told that, only by taking the standing point and methodological perspective of the social individual growing-up theory, and carrying out the researches of philosophy of process which pays great attention to social individual's subjective world, can this cicada completely exuviate its slough and fly up.

  “事实价值的关系问题不仅从表面上看表现为强调价值的 中国 哲学与强调事实的西方哲学之间的差异[1],从学理上表现为有关西方哲学如何从事实出发推论出价值的问题,同时就作为当代西方哲学发展缩影[2] 的怀特海过程哲学而言,也表现为如何使过程哲学的研究视角从静态发展到动态、从对过程的平面化静态描述发展到对生成的立体性动态描述、从竭力把价值客观化发展到充分重视价值的主观性社会文化维度[3]
 
   
形象地说,怀特海的过程哲学就像一只正在蜕皮的蝉——在没有完成这个蜕皮过程之前,它只能在平面上进行相应的观察和研究论述,而只有完成了这样的蜕皮过 程,它才有可能展翅高飞,以更加广阔的动态视角去考察和研究同样广阔的动态性研究对象,从而得出真正符合实际的结论。我认为,只有运用社会个体生成论 [4]的研究立场和方法论视角,进行充分重视作为社会个体的主体的过程哲学研究,这只蝉才可能彻底蜕去它最后的硬壳而飞翔起来。
