At the 17^th congress of CCP, just finished a few days ago, president Hu Jin-tao clearly suggested that concept of ecological civilization. He treats ecological civilization as a new goal and request for a socialist society. That means to change the industrial structure, the development model and the consumption models in order to develop circular economy, control the waste, and improve the quality of environment.”
