Abstract

[translated] Human has experienced three stages of civilization.  The first is primitive, the second is agricultural, and the third is industrial. The global development of industrialization has allowed for men's taming nature to reach its peak. A series of global ecological crisis implies that the world no longer has the ability to support civilization's continual development.  There is a need to create a new form of civilization to continual human survival; this is ecological civilization.  The civilization's transformation will determine society's political and economic system reform. Agricultural civilization led to the emergence of feudalism, industrial civilization promoted the rise of capitalism, but ecological civilization will advance socialism's overall development.  Moreover, this will ultimately be made complete by socialism and communism.
