Abstract
This paper employs a concept of process thought as third-way thinking to address economic dualism. It points to business ethics as a potentially-global discipline for discussing evidence and reasons for and against conservative-libertarian and liberal-progressive (or socialist) interpretations of economic and business conflicts. "Socially-and environmentally-responsible business" area discuss as an emerging third-way between socialism and transnational corporate capitalism. Lastly, resources in Chinese thought are considered.
