Abstract

In recent years, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) advocates the ideology of building a harmonious society, and emphasizes a friendly relationship between human being and nature. Therefore, the CCP endeavors to unite the social construction of ecological infrastructure together with those of the material, ideological and political ones, to integrate the ecological civilization into the socialist society.
