Abstract
The haughtiness of reason and the emptiness of value are the critical questions. How the society of human being can sustain is the most important problem of politics and the primary problem of education. The meaninglessness of life and the crisis of belief result from science and technology, however, science and technology can't answer these moral questions. The reflection on human nature and the deep insight of history are necessary for contemporary people to resolve this dilemma. Whitehead's process philosophy presents us a living image of the universe that is the source of the value of our lives. Confucius provides us with practical principle to break through the moral crisis. This thesis expounds the relativity of process philosophy and the thoughts of Confucius, moreover, seeks the answer of the problem of education.
